DESIGN

SEWING

COMBINED THE LEATHER
Some shoes designs require an infinite number of different leather components, which is exactly what we need our workers to plan purely by hand stitching.
FIXED MOLD
Every shoe has a shoe last, and the existence of a shoe last is to perfectly display the curvature of the shoe. Our factory has a specialized machine tofix the shoe upper onto the shoe last.
FITTING THE MOLDS
To go through countless serious vacuum,flapping,in order to make the perfect fit of the shoe mold,in order to make the shoe has always maintained a shape.
POLISHING
Natural cowhide will always have many pores,but also not bright enough,then it needs constant polishing.so that the skin becomes more smooth.
STICK GLUE
Some shoes have fuzz on them, so we have to go through countless processes to ensure they fit perfectly.
COMBINED SOLE ANDUPPER
The upper is made by our factory, and then our factory combines the purchased sole with our upper.
PUT THE INSOLE
Then, glue the insole onto the midsole of the shoe. A pair of shoes will be ready.
QUALITY INSPECTION
Finally, the finished shoes will undergo quality inspection. Our factory has specialized quality inspection machines to inspect every pair of shoes.
